Set the surround bac k speakers so that the dist ance to the listening position is the same for both the lef t and right speakers. It is also recommended that the de viations of the distance from the listening position to L and R c hannel speak ers (front lef t (FL) and front right (FR), surround lef t (SL) and surround right (SR), surround bac k lef t (SBL) and surround bac k right (SBR) is less than 2 ft (60 cm).Bef ore making the settings, measure the dist ance from the listening position to the dif f erent speak ers.
